I am not sure but I am certainly very happy with them. I really do not want change them much at all, especially at my age. I might want to do a bit more on traps. I would like them out a bit more naturally. I suppose I could semi pose all the time like a lot of the other bodybuilders but that is not my way. Baz

how come your shoulders aint nice n rounded?

  • BazBlog says:

I do not think it makes much of a difference. It is up to you. I must admit most of the pressing exercies I do for shoulders I prefer to sit. Baz

  • casualtee85 says:

if you sit down while doing both exercises will you get the same results or do you have to stand?

  • BazBlog says:

Yes that could be the problem. Try doing lighter weights and if the pain is still there see a Doctor. Never mess with joint pains. Baz

  • BazBlog says:

Yes I think you are right. I had none and they have grown a bit but it takes time. Also I do not stand so I try to show them off. It is easy to do that if I wanted to spend my time posing as is often seen by bodybuilders. I try to be as natural as possible all the time. This way I am quite happy with my build. Baz

Baz im 16 im training on weights but my wrist hurts sometime and i cant play arm wrestling with hands is it due to over carrying heavy weights?

  • BazBlog says:

Thank you so much but never put yourself down. You will get great results if you eat and train right. Baz

Great videos man. Love your enthusiasm. Lots of great tips for a noob like myself.

Be a bit careful at your age doing weights. Your bones are still developing. I think a really good exercise for shoulders is doing normal press ups. They can have a great effect on your shoulders especially if you add a back pack to make it a bit harder. Have a look at the holiday videos I have on bazblog. Baz

i gotta say i’ve seen a lot of work vids on youtube and yours are probably the best i’ve seen, its a combination of the fact that you show the correct way to do the work outs and you explain how to do them in a way that is very easy to understand

Pleasure my friend believe you will grow tall. It will certainly be better than worrying about not growing taller. That is counter productive. Baz

  • boxingking7 says:

    thanks.

    Thank you very much. Baz

Right now I would not be doing much weights and rather do things like sit ups, dips, press ups and pull ups. In a year you can then go for the weights. It could well be that genetically you mignt not grow too tall. Remember you can continue to grow in height till you are 19/20. My youngest son did. He was quite short right up to around 16 then shot up to over 6 foot. I hope that helps. Baz

You are so right. thanks so much for the support. Baz

Wow that is some straight shooting my friend. You are abslolutly correct. It is just one of those things. Most people want the quickest results with the least effort. I am no different but not if it means doing damage to myself. That is just plain stupidity. Doing things the right way is long lasting and the most enjoyable. Baz

These people are ignorant about body building. People cant grasp that building muscle is nutrition and weights and rest. They will see a muscular person and immediatley assume steroids…

  • DjPyro2010 says:

why when people see others who are strong, and muscular they assume that they take steroids

Those people need to realize that muscles come from HARD WORK. (Notice that’s a period after hard work which is in all caps for emphasis)

If your too lazy and impatient to commit to working out, then don’t bring others down who are more successful then you because of your own problems

  • BazBlog says:

No Never and I never will they are dangerous. Baz
